My Policies:

 

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a $60 late cancellation, please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For no-shows and same day cancellations, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Please note that your appointment starts at the scheduled time. If you are 15 minutes late for your 60-minute appointment, you will now have a 45-minute treatment but be charged for the full 60 minutes.

 

Bounced checks: If you pay for your message via check and there are insufficient funds in your account to clear the check, you will be responsible for a $20 bank fee, in addition to the initial massage fee.

 

Refund policy: If you feel that I was unable to help you meet your expressed goal(s) for the massage, I will refund 100% of your money. That does not mean if you come in for 5 massages and then tell me I was of no help to you that I will give you all your money back. Good communication is essential, from the first session on. Clear goals and expectations need to be established. If after the first session you feel that my work was not helpful, I will give you a refund.
