Bob Holzman has been a full-time massage therapist since 1999. For Bob, though, this work has never been about temporary relief. A lifelong athlete, he naturally gravitated toward orthopedic and sports massage — and has spent his career working with professional, elite, and recreational athletes, dancers, and performing artists at the highest levels.

His work has taken him on the road with the national tour of Broadway's SWING!, onto the performance grounds of Cirque du Soleil's Amaluna and KURIOS in Seattle, and onto the sidelines as a sports massage therapist for the West Point Army football team. He also works extensively with individuals managing chronic and acute pain, recovering from physical trauma, or rehabilitating after orthopedic surgery.

At the core of Bob's approach is a simple but important distinction: his focus is on exploring the causes of pain, not just managing its symptoms — because lasting results depend on understanding why a problem exists, not just where.

When he's not in the office, you'll find him trail running, rock climbing, training in BJJ, hiking with his wife and two dogs.
