Bob Holzman has been a full-time massage therapist since 1999. As a lifelong athlete, Bob quickly gravitated toward specializing in orthopedic and sports massage. Throughout the span of his career, he has consistently worked with professional, elite and recreational athletes, dancers and performing artists. He has worked for Cirque du Soleil's Amaluna and KURIOS in Seattle, WA, has traveled the country with the National tour of the Broadway show SWING! and is a former sports massage therapist for the West Point Army football team. In addition to working with athletes and performing artists, he works with individuals who have chronic and acute pain, as well as those recovering from physical trauma and orthopedic surgery. His work centers on addressing the cause of pain rather than the symptoms alone, therefore increasing the likelihood of long-term benefits from the massage. When he's not at the office, you can find Bob trail running, mountain biking, training in Muay Thai, rock climbing or snowshoeing with his wife and two dogs.

"Looooooove Bob!

I am so happy to have found this human. Not only is he knowledgeable about the many layers and factors at play in the human body but he is gifted at holding a healing space. I can count on Bob to meet me where I am, both emotionally and physically. I have migrating pains due to Lyme Disease and various injuries and Bob has been helping free me from the grip of chronic infection and chronic pain. He's a gentle giant with powerful hands and the Hudson Valley is lucky to have him!"  -Isabel W.
